I recently purchased your highly promoted product, “Faiz Niche Intense,” from the official Faiz Niche seller through Noon. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the product.
I paid AED 199 + tax, a total of AED 204, expecting a high-quality fragrance. However, I was genuinely shocked by the product. The fragrance is extremely weak, and it smells more like sanitizer than a proper perfume. I feel that I have completely wasted my money on this product.
I kindly request your customer care team to contact me as soon as possible. I would like to know whether the product I received is genuine or possibly a counterfeit/copy product.
Please take this complaint seriously and clarify the authenticity and quality of the product.
